2025 Residential Lighting Contract Contract includes the following: Z Spring and Fall checkup. Z 10% discount on labor for any additional service calls required. Z 10% discount on replacement parts (bulbs, stakes, fixtures, transformers, wire, etc.). When we are there for your check up we will take care of the following: Z Bury any exposed wiring. Z Test timer, photocell and transformers. Z Adjust timer for daylight savings. Z Minor trimming of shrubbery around fixtures. Z Clean, straighten and adjust fixtures.
